Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By contracting, accessing, utilizing, or downloading any custom applications, custom source code, or application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by MEMETRIX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all elements of this document, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our binary files, source repositories, or custom development services.
2. Custom Application License and Scope
MEMETRIX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy, run, and distribute the custom compiled applications delivered to you. Under this license:
- Unless explicitly agreed in your custom service contract, you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary underlying C++ source code from MEMETRIX binary assets.
- You may not package our underlying structural engine files to distribute or lease them as standalone application development tools.
- You agree to conform with regional app store policies and cryptography regulations prior to deploying applications utilizing our custom sync systems.
3. API Usage and Rate Limits
To guarantee operational continuity across our global node infrastructure, MEMETRIX enforces standard rate limits on our real-time telemetry APIs and support webhook systems. Automated accounts or apps sending redundant sync events in excess of 5,000 requests per minute will be temporarily throttled.
4. System Warranty and Disclaimers
MEMETRIX CUSTOM APPLICATIONS AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. While we build towards a 99.99% crash-free session rating on stable OS releases, MEMETRIX does not guarantee that execution will be absolutely uninterrupted, or that our custom applications are fully compatible with unreleased hardware versions or obscure custom forks of the Android Open Source Project (AOSP).
5. Support Integrity and Ticket Submission
When submitting code inquiries or bug reports via our online portal at `/support`, you agree to provide accurate, non-malicious data. MEMETRIX reserves the right to terminate support coverage for accounts found submitting script-injection attempts or automated spam requests into our databases.
6. Goverment Laws and Jurisdictions
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with international digital commerce regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any arbitration resulting from application library failures shall be resolved exclusively within certified corporate dispute registries.
If you have questions regarding developer compliance or commercial distribution allowances, please log a formal ticket using our Support Portal.
