Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment to User Privacy

MEMETRIX operates on a "Zero-PII by Default" design philosophy. We build offline-first, high-performance custom mobile applications that do not track, aggregate, or harvest end-user private details unless explicitly requested and configured by our clients.

2. Data We Collect (Support Portal)

The only personal information actively collected by our website is the data you voluntarily submit when creating a support request at `/support`. This includes:

  • Developer Identity Details: Full name and email address to process communication responses.
  • Inquiry Metadata: Category classification (technical, billing, etc.), subject, and your custom descriptive message logs.
  • Security Audit Logs: Dynamic CSRF session cookies and temporary IP validation records to protect our backend database tables from DDoS attacks and scraping.

3. Application-Level Data Management

Our custom iOS and Android applications process diagnostics on-device. If we integrate optional performance monitoring components per your request:

  • All battery, memory-allocation, and system crash metrics are completely anonymized.
  • We do not record MAC addresses, GPS locations, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), or IMEI values.
  • No telemetry payloads are transmitted back to server endpoints without a valid SSL pinning handshake, ensuring absolute protection against man-in-the-middle attacks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Support tickets are retained securely inside our MariaDB database under TLS-1.3 encryption protocols. You have a legal right under GDPR and CCPA guidelines to ask for the absolute deletion of your historical support records. To request ticket purging, please submit a deletion request with your corresponding email address in the Support Portal.

5. Cryptographic Security Standards

All database systems and endpoints are protected behind advanced firewalls and access tokens. Raw administrative logins are audited hourly, and our source code undergoes third-party security audits annually to verify zero exposure.

For additional queries concerning technical compliance or encrypted payload configurations, feel free to coordinate with our compliance desk using the Support Desk Form.
